About 2 years ago I started PEing and was consistent for 3 months. During that time, jelqing and using the Penimaster, I gained about 1/2” in erect length and girth. I did not cement my gains and have lost about 1/4” in erect length and girth, but I was doing PE, inconsistently, on and off. Now I am back at it again. I usually jelq in the shower in the morning and then wear an ace bandage wrap for about 4 hours during the day. I take it off for about 1-2 hours during the day and dry jelq when I use the restroom then put the ace bandage on again for about 4 hours. Once I get home I jelq again and then wear the ace bandage for another couple hours. This routine is on two days off one. Lately, I have noticed a decrease in my erection time throughout the day, in the morning when I wake up, as well as the strength of my erections. Also, every now and then I feel some dull pain on the left side of my penis near the head. I noticed while I am jelqing it does hurt a little so I did decrease the pressure. I have also decreased wearing the ace bandage to four hours after my jelq session in the morning and jelqing before I go to bed without wearing the ace bandage afterwards. I was also like to point out that the ace bandage is not too tight as I can pee with it on and I also wear a sock over my penis to keep it warm. I cannot remember these negative changes in my erection pattern when I first started PEing and I am wondering if this is normal? Or, is my workout too strenuous and my penis needs more conditioning? I have been consistently PEing now for about 3 weeks. Are there any suggestions to how I can improve my workout sessions and not have these “negative effects”.

Your over doing it. You should go back to the newbie routine since you did take a break. Or just something not so strenuous.

Yes, Do what gameofinches suggest, but you might find it best to lay off for a week or two then start again.
But go gently.
