Hi. I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts about doing some sort of cardiovascular exercise (running, walking, etc.) before PE’ing. I’ve read people say ‘what’s good for the body, is good for the penis.’ But will exercising just before help your progress? It seems logical that it would since it gets the blood pumping. Any knowledge? Thanks.

It might, could be the solution for people who have trouble staying flaccid during PE.

I think doing cardio would help increase bloodflow in general, but wouldn’t really increase the profiency of a workout having ran beforehand.

For me doing any kind of CV exercise causes a lot of shrinkage. I played squash a couple of hours ago for 1 hour and it remains small even after I shower. I have to get an erection for it to go back to ‘normal’. I think its because if you exercise rigorously then your blood goes to where its most needed, i.e. the muscles you are using which is unlikely to be your dick! For me it follows the same theory as when its cold.

That said, regular cardio exercise is absolutely good for your erection quality. By this I mean if you have incorpoarated some sort of high intensity cardio as part of your daily routine. In as little as two weeks your body will improve your circulation and overall aerobic function. Your heart will begin to be stronger, and therefore your erections as well.

This goes hand in hand with eating well, not smoking, etc.

So the supposition is correct: good cardio health = equals better erections and blood flow, which can only be an aid to PE.

Should you do your aerobics immediately before PE?

Depends on what you mean by “immediately”. I would say that you would want to make sure that your body was somewhat recovered from the aerobics; having regained the resting heart rate for a bit, before launching oneself into a heavy PE routine.

So some time in between would seem warranted to me. An hour would be the minimum in my estimation.

Fructis is right.

But this is important if you do some physical exercise just before you start your PE session. In general, good blood circulation is a plus, for all the body parts. Not a plus like it would make your penis bigger, but good eating habits and exercise help you achieve your strongest erections if there is some other physical obstacle.

Also cardio will burn off some of the fat right above your dick if you have any, and that will improve NBPEL.

Do you feel bad about not being able to speak when your mouth is full of food ?

Enough with the brainwashing, learning some things about your body helps a lot.
