Can't keep erection down while jelqing: Any solutions?

I’m pretty new to jelqing as a whole, and I find myself constantly getting diamond-hard over jelqing (it’s annoying since I’m trying to work on length). It usually tends to hit 10-15 strokes in, and it really takes away a lot of motivation since I have to sit and wait until it dies down to try and get a couple more and repeat the process again.

Does anyone have a solution to keep erections down while jelqing? I know this sounds like a stupid question, but at this point it’s really messing up any routine that I try.

Ok, now that we’ve cleared up the username issue, we can move on to your question.

The good news is that it will definitely get better with practice.
For BPEL gains you need low-EG jelqs. At first, it might make sense to drop a load for a while before training. You have to find out the right time interval yourself. Directly after the load will probably not be the right time. This should not be a permanent solution, but if you are quickly aroused, this is a temporary solution.

Reverse kegels also help to reduce the “steam”. By the way, these also help you in conjunction with normal Kegel exercises to bring your pelvic floor into balance.

Thanks for the advice! I’ll probably invest in some sort of lube when I jelq as well, because I’m starting to get some nasty friction burns :(

A trick that’s helped me personally is cutting out pornography. Cut it out for a week and I’ve had much better erectile control. And, coincidentally, stronger erections. EQ has also improved since I started PE too. It’s got me thinking that porn is best in moderation, at least in my case. We’re all different, but I thought I’d share what helped me. Cheers and keep up the semi-hard work lol.

You jelq dry??? I would not do that. A massage oil is recommended, preferably something with skincare properties. In addition, I would think about a heat source. Heat is always good for PE. The easiest way is an IR lamp, which you can get for a few dollars in many stores. I recommend you to start with 100 W power. The distance of the lamp you choose so that it is just comfortable and you can not burn yourself in any case. Warm up your device first before you start with the exercises. This reduces the risk of injury and increases the probability of success.

I assume you are doing these exercises as part of the newbie routine. If not, then read through the thread for this first.
