Can't exercise, but can traction.

I’m at work for a few days. I work on boats and I can’t exercise due to the people around me, but I can wear my traction device. Should I do this instead of doing nothing?

Traction device as in all day stretcher? I don’t see where it would be a bad thing unless its a noose type device. Lets see what some of the other fellas think.

As Sunshinekid says (with her excellent reservation)/ It’s OK to use a traction device but if you are exerting yourself lifting etc. There is a danger it might become dislodged with embarassing results. So a trial session before getting onto a boat might be worthwhile

Just make sure that your most difficult stretch does not pull it off. Or you are not lifting something which could catch the cords and cause a problem.
