Ok my question is if you can gain length and girth form stretching then why jelq?

Almost all of my gains came stretching, I haven’t jelqed since I was around 6.5-7 BPEL. I never liked doing it, but I should incorporate it because I think it would accelerate gains.

I started out with an ADS and after I did a little reading decided what the hell, let me just add some jelqing while in the shower. I’ve noticed harder erections and have a beefier look too now, I love it. I figure 2 different exercises in your routine might be better then just 1.

Ps- there is no general agreement on gains from stretching alone- and definitely no consensus on girth gain from stretching.

But BIB got long and fat from pure hanging— what is hanging but a weighted stretch for time?
