Can I pull of 1/4 inch of length in a month?
Well I just had some new gains. I gained about .6 inch of length and .3 inch of base girth, and about .1 or .2 inch of mid-shaft girth. Now… I am 6.75 NBP length and want to be 7 NBP length(I am skinny so my BP is only 7.2). Using this routine:
7(directions)x3 min Regular Stretching
2 x 3 min Inverted V-Stretch
4 x 3 min Regular Stretching
4 x 15(times) JAI Stretches
10 min Low Intensity Jelq
I took this routine from a guy I read from today and can’t remember his name, but changed a set of Two Way Stretches to Regular Stretches because they were much to uncomfortable and PE is not only something I do as routine, but something I do as relaxation. Do you think I will lose a lot of girth through this length gain?
