I think we should continue these monthly competitions. They are great motivation.
Oh, also I took an interesting approach. I PE’d for 3 weeks, than the last week I did no exercises. This seemed to be the when the best growth occured. Although I was still having sex, I don’t think that effected much? My last PE exercise date was the 8th of July. Time to start back up again.

Congrats on the gain Shnordle :) . You must be pretty happy with that. Way to go.

True. But I don’t think there should be a winner per se, this was just all for motivation for me at least. Yesterday was the 13th you know.:)

I agree with the whole ‘motivating’ factor behind the challenge, but it was a ‘challenge to see who gained the most BPEL in one month’ you know. :P

Plus, I figure we should give people a little more time to report their gains, in case some of them couldn’t make it online for whatever reason(s).
