No set routine, I pull and stretch when I can.
3 days a week, when I get the chance I wear the Static Stretcher for 2-3 hours then stretch for 10 minutes manually.
200 jelqs 3 times a week.

A positive for me, over the past couple of days I have noticed that my erection is a lot longer and a bit thicker. So I did a quick NBP measurment and I am 7.2 the first time then 7.1 next time. This is at a normal erection and not max so Im happy. So hopefully my BP should hae increased substancially. Didnt check girth. My flaccid size seems to be smaller than usual though.

My routine a variation of the Newbie routine. 2 days on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off. Basically, PE Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays off.

So far I think I’ve gained, but I’m not too sure. Looks a little longer when I’m fully erect, even a little beefier. Haven’t measured yet(I’m tempted though!!). I’ll take my measurement and photo when the challenge is over.

Well, I fell to temptation. Definatley an increase in BPEL but you we will all know on that fateful day. I think my shaft girth is up. But the head looks puny. Dammit. My NBPEL is still low, so I am increasing the intensity. I am going to do a planned overtraining lasting until probably next Wednesday. Hope this wokrs.

LOL. I find this all to be exciting in a way. Kind of like a race of sorts. Ahh, nothing like a dose of friendly competition to get the blood flowing(pun intended). ;)

Better late than never so I guess I’ll join in..

I’m not a complete noob to PE, but it’s been a really long time since I’ve done anything especially a regular routine, so I’ll give it a shot.

I snapped a quick pic, but I couldn’t find a long enough ruler, so I’m just going to use a book for visual reference for pics for you guys.

Is it OK If i start now? And go for a month? .. I really need something to drive me to be consistent because I wouldn’t keep it up on my own so this would be a very good help for me .. If it is OK my measurements are BPEL : 5.9” inch EG: 4.75 inch It’s the 22Th of June now so I will report my end-measurements on the 22Th of July.. I will also report in once in a while to see the progress…
