Burned out on routine
I have really been taking PE seriously since I found this site. My routine involves jelqing anywhere from 300-500 times (usually closer to 300) pretty much every other day, and as of the beginning of this year clamping anywhere from 2-4 times per week. Since late Sept/early Oct 2006…I have seen 1/2 in gain in length..which I noticed in Feb 2007, but I don’t think I notice any girth…a month ago I bought a tape measure. Basically I have just seen probably about 1/2 in in length…I feel like taking time off. If so how long should I take and would this be detrimental?
