I have really been taking PE seriously since I found this site. My routine involves jelqing anywhere from 300-500 times (usually closer to 300) pretty much every other day, and as of the beginning of this year clamping anywhere from 2-4 times per week. Since late Sept/early Oct 2006…I have seen 1/2 in gain in length..which I noticed in Feb 2007, but I don’t think I notice any girth…a month ago I bought a tape measure. Basically I have just seen probably about 1/2 in in length…I feel like taking time off. If so how long should I take and would this be detrimental?

Taking breaks is not detrimental at all and usually does a lot of good. Take off 4 to 6 weeks. The important thing to remember is when you start back up, start up nice and easy like a newbie. If you restart at your current exercise levels you will cause damage. Do it the right way and you will get a rewarding result.

I think taking a break is a great idea. After the break you may want to start using an extender or a penis pump. I have been on the newbie routine for a few months now. I just started to use a penis pump after my jelq session and my penis hangs lower and thicker when flaccid.
