BTC Stretch Vs Hanging

Hi Guys!

When manual stretching, is it needed to stretch all directions or can you only do BTC?
When you do hanging, most of the time you hang downwards is it? Or do you hang in more directions?
Then whats the big difference of getting gains.

I’ve get the best ‘stretch feeling’ while stretching BTC and I can do it for long time. I can also do a hard pull.

Hanging may work a bit faster but it’s far more dangerous.

I use the vacuum cap from my Autoextender on the head of my dick which provides significantly more stretch while sleeping with my dick BTW.

Board.lore is that straight down or BTC will get you the maximum gain for your time; it’s pulling on the ligaments that most directly limit erect length.

Some people like to mix in different angles when they’re getting bored, or hanging straight down becomes unpleasant, or just for variety.

Almost all of my hanging has been ‘straight out’ because that’s the most convenient for me.
