My Bone pressed erection length is about an inch longer than my official erection length— is there anyway to access this extra inch (without surgery)?

It sounds like you are referring to the difference between your BPEL and your NBPEL.

If that is the case, then I would assess how thich your fat pad is … maybe that is where you need to direct some of your efforts.

Weight loss is the best way to access the extra length, since the fat around the base hides the penis. I measured myself a few days ago after I found out I lost about 2lbs and found my non bone press is now 6.35” from 6.2, however my fatpad is still pretty big since it’s about 2 inches thick, and I can only bone press upto 7.8” since the fat makes it harder to go deeper.

I think to gain this inch hidden below your fat pad you’ll need to loss weight, massage the area helps to break the fat cells helping to burn the local fat
