Bone pressed measurement
Hi all been trying pe for 3 months now, have being doing a lot of reading from this site(theres masses of it!) I have a few questions
1. I have been regularly using a ruler and pressing onto the bone can this cause any damage if done to frequently, ie vein damage /circulation.
2. How hot can you rap as it feels better real hot but can this cause damage if too hot
3. Have been doing 5 min warm up 10 min stretching 100 jelqs and then 5 min warm rap, (4 days on and then 3 off),have noticed veins more prominent, no pain a little discomfort from one main vein on right hand side not on top but to the side runs from most of the length of penis.
Any advice on keeping veins at bay because this is hampering my workout and routine have to stop for a week to cool thing off a bit ,have been using heinoid gel and cream on days off also using l-a and l-o, multi-vit with gingko and ginseng (I weight lift as well so 2 birds with one stone) also reular warm raps
Have gained possibly half an inch already (although this maybe due to better erection)
Any advice (I would like to increase jelqs to 200 plus but going easy at first to avoid damage to veins)
Also thinking of trying pumping would this make things worse/
Any other creams out there for vein discomfort?
