Hello all, I was just curious to know if you big gainers out there might tend to be among the slightly older members?

The reason I ask is that I am now in my early 30’s, and am just starting PE. Even I feel I have lost something in length compared to my early 20’s for example. It seems to be a known phenomenon thank guys shrink a bit as they age (though no-one ever tells you this scary fact!)

This leads me to wonder whether a large proportion of the fast gainers out there are to an extent simply getting back to what they once had when they experience super rapid gains upon starting PE. What I mean is that the elasticity etc is already there, and the exercises improve circulation and hardness getting you quickly back to your original size before you see other gains, which may come much more slowly.

This may also in part explain why some (perhaps younger?) guys just get an inch at most, whilst others quickly get 1.5” - 2”. Could a significant proportion of such a gain in fact be a regain which seems to the person in question as if they are growing very quickly?

I would be interested to know whether this concept is similar or in fact totally different from your experience - what do you think guys?

I think 1/4” is more like what some older guys say they see a quick gain of. More shrinkage than that can often be accounted for by increased weight and therefore increased fatpad hiding the penis.

Who’s ‘quickly’ getting 1.5” to 2”? Anyone claiming that gets a raised eyebrow from me, even if I don’t say anything.

Hey interesting survey beenthere - I confess I hadn’t done a search on the issue on here. I’ve just started and am now cursing myself for not getting into this at a much younger age, but then I’d never heard of it..

So now I’m just hoping I’m one of the lucky few to be an easy gainer in my age group!

Kingpole - you attribute your success to a variety in your routines, does this mean you tried everything from hanging to vacuum etc, or do you mean variety in manual exercises?

I started in my late 50s. Fortunately, I had not yet experienced any length or girth loss as a result of aging so my gains were all new tissue, from my point of view.

I do think that older guys may experience faster gains, but perhaps because their penile tissues are somehow more maleable.

Rather, I think, Avocet, it is that our ligaments loose elasticity as we age and they get less use.

When i started and found Thunders, I had been plagued by ED for several years. I had declined in size from just about 6” X 5.75 to 5.5 x 5 on the rare occasions that I could get an erection even with Viagra and it was very tight to my body. After reading here and starting PE, I found that the limiting structures were the lateral and dorsal ligaments. They were stiff and stretched to their limits with moderate stretching pressure.

I have rather quickly regained my youthful size plus more 1.25”L x .875G by concentrating on stretching and reconditioning those ligaments as well as jelqing and pumping to improve blood supply in about a month.

Now, I realize that to meet my long term goal of 7” NBP I must practice PE sensibly and consistently for however long it takes as well as lose some of my fat pad. I got my “freebies”, I have to work for the rest.

I think you are putting all the younger guys into one class, only a few of us have gained very quickly as oppose to any other older guys. But I do feel that on the average, younger guys generally do have more “newbie gains”. Like in that other thread, I’ve gained 1.4” in nine weeks. I’m 18 and got those easy hard ons you know. So there probably is a correlation between blood flow of the penis if anything. Bigger veins, more activity, and faster recovery all ring bells for me on this one. I’m very interested in this too, good thread.

This is a good question. I feel that age related losses in length are connected to weight gains. I have always wondered why one’s weight (beginning and present)wasn’t asked in polls before.

Hi I’m 36 years, I gained more than 1” in less than 2 months.

Welcome ERambone, from another APR07 Newbie. Congrats on your gains! What did you start with? Why don’t you complete your PE Statistics, keep a record from the beginning and let others see your progress?

Go to the Quick Links bar at the top and click on PE Statistics. It will give you the choices. Go from there.

I am learning by reading as much as I can about PE and the different ways of doing things, and getting involved which is good too. It really is interesting. I’ve always been a shy person, and I’m amazed at how I have opened up, shared and exposed myself as I have never done before. My short comings have been accepted, without ridicule, and I have received only encouragement and solid advice from the members. It will always be cherished. It’s a good thing, but I wish that I had found the site years ago.
