Hi Everyone! In a few days, I will be receiving my X4 extender. I’ve been doing my research and I would like to know is Big Al’s Extender routine the best way to start off your extender journey? Thank You for your replies.

Didnt know he had an extender routine?

I would imagine you wear your extender basically as many hours as possible and add tension as an when. However I would suggest wearing after a basic jelq session!

Yes it’s him. He basically breaks down a time length of how long you should wear it in the beginning. So for day one he has you wearing it for three sessions of fifteen mins each. Day two your off. Day three he has your goal at one hour and forty mins in four sessions of twenty mins each. Day four your off. Day Five your goal is for two hours and twenty mins in four sessions of thirty-five mins each. Days 6 and 7 your off. He continues with the time up until you can comfortably wear the device for longer periods consecutively without a break.

I just want to make sure that this is a good way to start before I begin extending.

Most people have enough of trouble for attaching an extender that his schedule is reasonably challenging and offers a sense of reward as well as progression. Setting goals like 3 hours for your first session is bound to cause failure because multiple have significant trouble attaching extender and then doing a three hour session with something that is uncomfortable at best and often painful at worst.

Follow the schedule that you posted from Big Al. It is a good schedule.
