Better comfort with stretcher

Hi guys,
I use the PeniMaster stretcher. When I don´t use that I wrap.
Does anyone have a tip on how you can get better comfort with he PeniMaster, so you don´t have to take it of so often to massage your dick?

Would really appreciate some help here…
