Best Workout So Far
So last night I had my best workout in my brief 4 month PE career so far. I’m not sure what was different, if I was feeling more determined last night or what, but it was amazing. It all started when I was in the shower and was doing my stretching, I figured out how to get the most out of it. If while you are stretching in one direction, you lean your hips in the opposite direction but try to keep your hand in the same position, you get an amazing stretch. Later, while I was doing my jelqs, the technique finally clicked. I started to hold on with my top hand after a stroke and kegel really hard and then grip the base with my other hand. Only then would I release with the top hand. This produced amazing results, I’ve never seen my flaccid that big.
I am hoping to get more out of this in the near future.
