Hey guys, I was just wondering what the best exercises for flaccid length were. I know fowering is good but what are other exercises? I am sure there have been other threads about this but I am having problems finding one. Io if anyone can name some exercises to link me to another thread I would really appreciate that.

I find that manual streches in all directions work nicely for me.

You know I would have to say it is the bed fowfers that seem to give me the most stretch. However I did JAI’s to get my flaccid length the way it is now. From less than a fricken inch all nice and turtled to a nbp of 6” that’s what measured this morning. It goes between 5.5” to 6” I did JAI”S for about four months to achieve this.

May you explain how do you perform you JAI’s session?

Which kind of JAI do you do?

How many seconds do you keep the contraction and how long are your sessions ?

I have had great results in erection size but my flaccid is still no good.

I can’t use wrapping so your idea could be the solution of my problem.

I’ve been doing “fulcrum hanging” for half a year. A version without the weights is to do “fulcrum stretching”: simply use some sort of rod (I use a coat hanger) and manually stretch your penis, bending it over the rod. I do this for about 40 minutes twice a week, and I’ve busted my post-newbie plateau by 0.3-0.4”. Oh, and I apply a warm rice sock in the beginning, sometimes reheating it half-way through the session.

Jai’s are in the tutorials it takes a little more discipline and correct breathing. Kegal at the same time.
