Hello everyone,

I’ve lurked on the forums over the years and had several failed attempts at getting on a sustainable PE routine. This is mostly because I cannot get myself to get into the habit of doing manual jelqs and stretching. So, a couple of months ago I decided to face the fact that I’m never going to achieve anything manually and bought a Bathmate. Over the course of the past month and a half, I have slowly built up my tolerance so I can now go in erect and do 20 mins at full pressure. I take every 3rd day off. I’m not seeing any permanent gains yet but I am encouraged by the fact that this seems to be a routine that I can stick to, I have so far stuck to it more than any other PE routine I tried in the past.

That being said, my main concern is flaccid length (I sometimes experience really uncomfortable “turtling” issue), and I have learned that Bathmate is only viable for girth. So, I am wondering what would be the best device I could buy that is specifically targeted at length to complement my routine? Ideally, I am looking for something that is convenient to use and store so it is easy to incorporate in the hectic life of a [mostly] traveling consultant like me.

I would appreciate any advice or suggestions you could give me.

Honestly a pump with a gauge. I attribute all of my length to pumping and being able to monitor pressure. I worked up to marathon pumping and gained a lot of flaccid and erect length.

Specifically to target length means some kind of all day stretching. Basically an extender or a “down-the-leg” type stretcher.

That’s very interesting, based on the stuff I’d read I assumed pumps would just increase girth. Are there any specific pumps that you’d recommend? Also, what was your routine in using them? Just pump on its own or combined with an exercise?

The secret was using constant heat. When I was actively pumping, I worked up to three hour long sessions. It takes quite some time to get there. I made sure that after three hours of pumping I was longer than my BPEL.

What do you think about hanging? I’ve been reading stories of crazy length gain with various hanging methods.

That’s one method I’ve never used. I believe in the easiest and safest method for growth. For me it was marathon pumping.

Do not pump and hang I’m telling you from experience. I used to hang then pump never the other way around and it just isn’t worth all the time and risk of injury.

Also turtling after PE is sign you’ve done too much. And if your turtling in general without PE I personally have found stress to be the biggest cause of it. Good luck on your journey.

Thank you guys for the heads up. The turtling is not PE related, it’s what prompted me to look into PE — stress as the culprit makes total sense! I never thought about that!

Best thing to do with pumping IS jelqing. Surely you can do 50 - 100 good wet jelqs as a warm up to your pumping right? I don’t gain if I don’t do them AND my EQ suffers too.
