Hi, I’m new in PE and I have been doing some research for a while.
So, considering that there’s a risk in this whole process, I’had create this routine to get start with.

I do this five times a week, with the two days off between the practices.

To begin with:
In a hot shower, stretching in all directions for like five minutes or more.

Then: 20 kegel forcing to 3 seconds each rep.
30 seconds resting.

Then: normal jelqing 200 rep.
1 minute resting.

Then: 40 kegel forcing to 3 seconds each rep.
1 minute resting.

More 200 normal jelqing rep.
1 minute resting.

Then 40 more kegel forcing to 3 seconds each rep.
Then I strecht it a little more again and it’s done.

What do you guys think about it? It’s ok?
Any kind of tip is always welcome. Thanks.

What do you mean “forcing to 3 seconds each rep”? How is this different from your “normal jelqing rep”?

Well, kegel is also known as a pelvic-floor exercise, so by “forcing” I mean contracting, sorry. And jelqing is just, you know, keeping it like 60-80% hard and make it flow with both hands making that ring, from the base to the top.

Ah, I see. To me 400 jelqs seems like a lot starting out. For example, if you are doing 4 second jelqs, your total jelqing time would be 26.67 minutes, or 20 minutes with 3 second jelqs. As a reference, the commonly recommended newbie routine here has you start with 10 minutes.

I would say just start with 200 jelqs and progressively increase the total jelqing time, or jelqs, a little each week as long as you don’t suffer from any pain, spots/markings, reduced erection strength, or loss of morning erections.

Also, I assume you are doing a proper warm up/down while in the shower?

Anyway, that’s just based on what is working for me!

If I was starting PE for the first time with the experiences I have now, I would start with light penis pumping and light hanging exclusively. It seems like it might be necessary to start pumping at a very low vacuum pressure like 1 inHg, but I have no experience pumping without a conditioned penis.

The best routine I’ve found so far has been pumping for 20 minutes every other day at 5 inHg and sporadic light weight hanging with .5lbs. for several hours at a time. It’s possible there are better routines, but this is the best one that I’ve tested enough to be confident in.


Starting: 7"bplx5.2" 2017 (shrunk from disuse)(originally 8"bplx4.5", gained to 9"bplx6")

Current: 9.0"bplx6.125" 2020

Goal: 11.5"bplx7" 2021.
