Hi all,

I am a noob here so as much advice possible is required.

I have dabbled in PE for the last couple of years but never been dedicated enough to go through with a proper daily routine, therefore like anything in life, something worth getting, one needs to put in time and hard work.

I am currently 30 yrs old and 5.5 erect and girth not too sure (will have to post that up).

Whilst sex is good, all my life I have wanted a bigger schlong and would have never thought possible until discovering PE. So now I am ready to make the transition to dedicate a couple of years to PE and therefore have come here to get some pointers!

FYI

I have just started doing Kegels and have found this helps me last a bit longer in the bedroom so gonna keep up with that, hoping to move up to marathon sessions.. I can already last longer but have to keep stopping and starting which is a real pain!

Jelqing: I have dabbled in jelqing but need a good beginners routine. Any Suggestions.

I really would like extra length too and have looked at ‘Size Genetics extender’ after watching a review. 200 bucks seems alot!, do ppl on here think it would be worth getting a cheapy extender on ebay (10-20) to get to grips with to start. Or go straight for the “medical approved” device??

First of all let me give you the good news. Thi works. I’ve just gained a quarter of an inch in girth and half an inch in length. It took me roughly 3 months to achieve that but I was a bit inconsistent.

Secondly I recommend that you try the extenders once you have conditioned yourself for at least a few months. Your cock will need to be broke in gently, it can beat your PE is up quite a bit.

It takes time. You need patience and belief. But it works. The once thing you need to do is stay positive, stress is a hinderence I’m sure because it really affects my measurement if u feel under pressure.

Oh and take some photos before. Proving to yoursel it works is the best motivator, I have my starting size photos and my new photos and it’s amazing and inspiring to see the change.

All Manual exercises. Pretty much the newbie routine you can find from the home page of this site. Daily stretching in all directions, jelqing for 15 minutes a day and warm ups cloths and warm down. Nothing different from the suggested routines that are basic to PE.

The only thing I do different is that after a workout I put a hair scruncy around my cock and balls to keep a nice flaccid hang for a few hours which I hope wil encourage flaccid gains as I’m a grower not a shower.

I think using devices should be the next step on my PE journey but I want to exhaust manual exercises first. This does two things, keeps hope alive that this miracle can continue as there are things I haven’t tried. And keeps my cock and wallet a bit healthier for longer.

Trust me, once you have any gains at all. You will believe. You will be motivated, and time will be irrelevant. Knowing it works. Really believing it, is the first step.

Yep I really need to see those gains to start believing I am going to start preparations tonight. I think a daily stretching session and jelqing sesh sounds like a great start to the routine.

I stretch in all directions and hold for 30 seconds at full stretch. In between each direction I give it a little shake to keep the blood flowing. I do it all three times, inbetween leaving the shower head on it to warm it back up. All in all it takes about 25 minutes give or take.

The first month however I could only stretch for about 10 minutes as it felt too much for my cock. I Jelq after stretching instead if before and like I said earlier I put a scruncy a round my cock and balls to prevent turtling as much as possible. Not even sure if turtling hinders gains but it makes me feel like shit so I prevent it.

Just seen your other post on depression. Yeah man I have had it on and off since my pops died 3 years ago! Its hard but time is a healer.

If you are struggling with Depression, don’t take no meds, never have and never will! Get up and get active, like the guys on your other thread said go for a walk. Across the rd from my house is a huge pine forest I go walk there for an hour and come back feeling euphoric.

Yes, focus on improving yourself, gym joining clubs or something! Also if you wanna be health conscious, get a juicer and start juicing oranges, apples, pineapples, bananas, trust me the juices I have perk me up more than any coffee, you are putting LIFE back into your body. You will get cut like anything!

Thanks Cheeba! A juicer sounds like an awesome idea, I’ve always liked fresh fruit and have tried to get off tea and coffee. As for my depression it comes and goes but I can assure you gaining 0.2 in girth on my cock has left me happy all week.
