Been a month no gains
I’ve been doing the newbie routine for a month now with 2 days on 1 day off
And I haven’t gained anything at all not even a centimeter. I do the warm-ups,
Stretches, jelqs, warm downs and kegels exactly but they don’t seem to be working.
So what do I do now? The only benefit I noticed is lower hanging flaccid which goes
Away if I don’t stretch for a day. Erections have been a little harder I think thanks to
The kegels but no real improvement on penis size.
Maybe I’m jelqing wrong? Am I supposed to feel blood go to the head? When I jelq
All I feel is pressure along the sides of my penis and no marked sensation on the head.
This is pretty discouraging.
Advice please? Should I go to something more advanced?
