Been a month no gains

Been a month no gains

I’ve been doing the newbie routine for a month now with 2 days on 1 day off
And I haven’t gained anything at all not even a centimeter. I do the warm-ups,
Stretches, jelqs, warm downs and kegels exactly but they don’t seem to be working.

So what do I do now? The only benefit I noticed is lower hanging flaccid which goes
Away if I don’t stretch for a day. Erections have been a little harder I think thanks to
The kegels but no real improvement on penis size.

Maybe I’m jelqing wrong? Am I supposed to feel blood go to the head? When I jelq
All I feel is pressure along the sides of my penis and no marked sensation on the head.

This is pretty discouraging.

Advice please? Should I go to something more advanced?

1 month? Man, that’s nothing, just stick with it and don’t get discouraged. I only gained 1/8” girth my first month, then I got both length and girth the second month. My first time PE’ing, I didn’t see a gain till the 3rd month, but then I quit for non-pe reasons. Give us your exact routine and maybe we can give you specific advice.

You need to learn patience. There are many who say they gain incredible length in a short time but never post any photo evidence of their gains. I have been PE’ing for over 3 years now and I didn’t really see any gains for the first 6 months. Give it time and find a routine that works for you. Make sure you use heat in your workouts. Invest in a infrared lamp, they don’t cost that much. Make sure you warm up for at least 5 minutes and do a cool down after your workout. Good luck and don’t get discouraged, give it time.

You are right littlejohnp, we suppose to. But the beginning of PE, or the newbie period, is a lot longer than 1 month. I think it can be up to 8 months. So, 1 month is considered nothing. You can consider it as a worm up period, and you just need to keep the good work.

I say stick with it man! Don’t give up just yet. Results vary from individual to individual. Besides, a month is too short to judge the effectivity of your routine. Do it for the next 3-4 months then if anything doesn’t change.. It means you’ll have to find a better routine. Hard gainers usually have low LOT and hard tunica so look for routines that will target those areas. But as of the moment stick with your routine. Remember patience is the key to gaining. You won’t see gains overnight. Just work on it but never overwork your unit. Good luck dude!

It all works, stick with it, it took me 9 months to a year before I could measure what I would call a gain. I never had a strict regiment of a routine I just found what works for me and kept working at it. As they say patience and no crisis.


When young I was about bpel 6x5 by 2002 size had shrunk down to bpel 5.5x4.8 with age, had to do something!

09/10 bpel 8.4, eg 5.8 midshaft (6.3 base) Goal- 9x6.2 average eg.

I do my jelqs with one hand reverse grip with lube should I change that?

Well ljp everyone is right it takes a while to see results,but you already are. You say your flaccid is hanging lower and that is a good sign. Have you ever measure your stretched flaccid length. If not keep an eye on that, to me it is a sign of things to come.

The flaccid gain goes away after a day though (not hanging lower in my rest day)
