A power-lifting friend if mine went from no flexibility and pains, to above average flexible in his whole body using the above mentioned book. I amazon-ed a copy and its on its way.
From what he described, I think the principles of this book are perfect for PE.
I didn’t find anything in the forum about it. Which, shocked me since it isn’t new by any means.
Anyone heard of it?
