I can honestly say I began at 14 when I found pe, I was 4” in length by 4” in girth at the base and very very over weight. I pe’d for years off and on performing routines that would just about kill me if they didn’t create an injury. I think if you know what you’re doing and you execute a plan you will succeed, but before that happens I think you need to realize that regardless of the size of your dick you are a human being and you deserve respect from yourself and others. Do not let a perceived disadvantage like a penis size you may not be satisfied with at the time take away from your happiness and self worth.

I am so glad you posted this. This is so true. Bigger is not better. Sex is not just the dick but how you preform with the oral which is very important and when the insertion is in act, it does not matter how big you are, what matters is how good you are. Quality out weighs the the quantity. I know, I fucked up, a good thing becoming your dream is not your partners dream. If it works for you, just leave it alone, If it don’t work for her, leave her alone.

I started the same as you and now I’m 7x5.5 and it took a year of hard work and dedication to doing my workouts 5 days on and 2 off.

Fellas, let’s not forget the danger of Dickamorphy-the image disorder associated with pe that makes guys feel small and inadequate despite causing pain when having sex. This condition is very real and can change pe from a zen like habit between man and his penis into an all time consuming obsession.

I will admit I had it at one point in time and because of pushing myself to beyond human routines I caused permanent scars and problems. I became obsessed with the “porn star” sex image before I even had sex and then realized once I lost my virginity that these size-talking teens wont know good sex until they’re late into college. Even then, they’ll be to ignorant to realize what they missed out on.

All you really need to focus on is the bigger goal ONE YEAR from now. Time has taught me slowly tick away at pe routine by routine, adapting exercises and methods as you see fit, and most importantly allowing time to slip up and miss a week here and there or take time off when you need it. At the end of a year when all it required was nine months to get a half inch or so, you’ll be thankful that you didn’t pressure yourself to impossible time constraints. A little sacrifice of 30 minutes a day, 3-5 days a week, will make a bigger difference 90 days from now!

1.5” length gains in about 2 years of irregular routine. I go through phases. If I was 100% committed then I would have probably gained more.

PE is real and is permanent. The only way to ever be convinced is to give it a go.
