Hi. I just want to know if there’s a way to increase your balls size permanently?? I have a long sack but balls are somewhat small.


Starting stats: July 2016 :NBPFL : 4,BPFL : 4.5,FLG : 4,NBPEL : 6.6, BPEL : 7.1,EG : 5

Hey altrkit,

I’ve got small balls in a tight sack and as I began playing with PE, I began to read up on this kind of enhancement as well (and if you don’t know, there are whole forums devoted to this on the net if you care to go that direction). I tried several supplements that were supposed to increase their size and while they had the desired effect to a minor degree, to your point the effect was not permanent disappearing soon after I quit the supplements.

There are some other ways out there that are questionable to some (such as injecting saline (temporary) or silicon (permanent) into your sack), but I’m not willing to go there and don’t care personally for the results I’ve seen (but to each his own!).

This has left me with stretching my sack (because as I mentioned, mine was tight to the body) and that has slowly been bearing fruit (somewhere between 5-10 mijutes per day). I’ve combined that with massaging the boys a total of about 5-10 minutes more per day with the result that they have become fuller and larger (and at times sore).

Tough to measure and therefore fairly subjective, but they look more proportional to the rest of my package but am I just seeing what I want to see? Don’t have anyone I can ask and so I’ll keep at it and in time the change may be more dramatic. Anyway, best of luck to you!

Any advice on stretching the sack? I just do a jelq motion from the base (near the perineum) to just under the balls, is your technique similar?

Has anyone found supplements that work well for them aside from any sort of jelqing or stretching that has any sort of lasting, longer effects even if you are no longer taking them as consistently? Currently taking tongkat ali and damiana which I’ve seen some noticeable ball size gains from and gf has even noticed the small differences more recently too when we are in positions where they swing and hit her

Thankyou for the detailed reply. i am opting a daily routine of atleast 10 mins massage. I think this is safe as well as effective way of increasing thier size. I can feel them heavier and bigger after each session. Lets see where it takes me at 1 month mark

I’ve been pumping my balls to attain a stretch. I can say that it’s helped my balls hang much lower than they used to.

That’s interesting and while I haven’t heard of anyone trying that for the growth of their sack, I’ve certainly heard of guys jelqing the part of their dicks under their balls and perineum area, however my approach is a little different sr92.

I duck into a stall on each bathroom break (even if I only need to pee - around every 90 minutes) and do two stretches, a minute per stretch before massaging my balls for an additional minute.

The first stretch involves taking hold of the scrotum skin in two places - I don’t always make it the same places but my force is generally exerted downward. I exert significant pull but not enough to cause any pain and this stretch came more or less from the ideas of Jared Johansen who is a guru on sack stretching (although I’ve not located testimonials that validate his claims but his website definitely gives one exhaustive(!) food for thought).

The second stretch comes from a dude who was advising how to get more testosterone which is another goal I have. His premise is that bigger balls make more T and they can be provoked to enlarge with the next stretch I’ll describe. When you do this, you also realize that is stretching the ol’ ballsack so I have included it, visualizing both more T and sack stretch occurring as I execute it.

I make an ok grip with my thumb & forefinger around my scrotum just behind the base of my penis (with the back of my hand therefore facing my field of vision). With that grip, my thumb tip and finger tip are touching my perineum if you understand what I’m saying. With my testicles beneath my okay grip, I pull down on them towards the ground (from a seated or standing position) not with enough force to hurt (and you can do that fairly easy if not careful), but with enough force to have them pressing against the bottom of my sack and let my body know more skin is needed down there (and hopefully bigger balls and more T).

Lastly, I massage my balls for a minute or so (which came from the same guy advising on how to get more T production) before zipping up and moving on. I came to that order because the first stretch won’t make your balls tender while the second one can. Also, if I do the massage before the stretches, I tend to get a chub which causes my sack to retract, making the stretches that much more difficult.

I think it’s because I’m more stressed at the start of my day (which causes everything down there to shrink), but these are harder to do in the morning than in the afternoon or evening. I also haven’t tried pumping which Titlist and others advocate - trying to stay away from anything but manual efforts although their results speak for themselves. Again, as with PE, change is slow & incremental but I’m going to start taking photos as progress is so difficult to measure. Who knows how valid any of this is, but will report my results and hope others do same. Hope that helps - good luck!

Don’t have extra big balls. Normal I’d say but damn they hang low. Not only that, but the turtley neck adds all the fun in the package. Looks funny.

You cannot get much more than minimal increase in the size of the actual testicles. Howeever, Damiana and Tongkat Ali willexpand them somewhat. Many believe that pumping the balls will also be effective.

All these will achieve results while you keep on doing it.

On the other hand, you can stretch the scrotum, with either ball jelqs, wearing ball stretchers, or with the ancient Chinese exercise known as “Iron Crotch”. You can read all about this on the Secret Leather website. You can combine all these practices

Ball stretching is not painful if you build up slowly and carefully and many find it is extremely pleasurable. You must do it every day and for as long as you comfortably can, and you will see your balls hanging lower and appearing bigger.

Essential. however, is to lose all the hair.(Of course, just doing that will make your balls look bigger).

Your sack helps produce testosterone. Your body has several mechanisms to control the production of hormones. If your body is out of wack and unhealthy then I would say get your body healthy and maybe your balls would get bigger..
Wouldn’t going to the gym 3-5 days a week make your balls bigger over time (a few years)?

I know T injections make them smaller but that is artificial. Could someone chime in on the above please.

Gonna give it a shot, thanks for the advice.

Gents - been a while - just wondering if any of you have had success with enlarging your ball size and/or sack? I continued stretching my sack and provoking my balls throughout a two month complete deconditioning break from PE and have seen a small increase with both issues (balls seem slightly larger and sack looser and hanging lower especially during shower times - again, extremely subjective and difficult to measure).

I think a key for me is reducing stress because it’s like my body says, I don’t care how big you are, I’m not letting you hang out, but I’m curious if the stretches described above or anything else you’ve tried are successfully working for anyone to enlarge the family jewels and/or sack?!?

Hi, I HIGHLY recommend trying out “Damiana leaves”. They helped my libido and nut size quite much and I even got a couple of ‘innocent releases’ in my sleep about a week after starting them. Yes, I came, and I came real good. This was before starting TRT though so they don’t help as much as they used to, but seriously, give it a go the worst that could happen is that your nuts gets fuller and you get hornier. No joke.
