Hey Abdiel - agreed! Tried that and it certainly worked (making my balls a bit bigger) but it was temporary - when I discontinued use, they returned to pre-damiana dimensions (but you gotta wonder what the mechanism is, right?).
I’ve tinkered with consuming broccoli & olive oil which is another popular remedy but doing it every day gets old if you don’t see results (and mine were minimal doing that).
Looking for something (like PE) with results that will last and maybe it’s a combination of certain foods, herbs and/or exercises or who knows what? The fact that there aren’t many (any?) examples of success (again, speaking of someone provoking a permanent ball size change) tells me this may be even more difficult a nut to crack (pun intended) than growing our dicks.
