ballooning help/routine???
I’ve tried balloon and i have tried to incorporate it, along with kegels, into my routine. I ususally end up e ing and the ballooning session turns into a edging session instead. Now, in order to gain, or to have the full benefits of balloon by not ejactulating? Has anyone gained, or has gotten good results from ballooning? How about ballooning on a weekly basis? I heard that that doing it too much, can damage your prostate or something. Is that true? Does anyone think that ballooning once or twice a week is good? for gains and health? Overall, is it a good method of PE?
