Just got back from my honeymoon and I have to say I’m super glad I started getting serious about PE a few months prior to the wedding.

For some back story, my (now) wife wanted to stop having sex a few months prior to the wedding as a means of making the wedding night a little more special. So, for the last three months, I’ve been able to do PE without her “experiencing” the minute daily gains along with me. Anyway, when we finally did have sex on the night of the wedding, she was pleasantly surprised to discover my penis was larger than what she remembered!


Start/April 2011: BPEL - 6.75" / NBPEL - 6.00" / BEG - 5.125 / Mid Shaft - 4.75 / Glans 4.5"

Current/August 8 2011: BPEL 7.25" / NBPEL - 6.375" / BEG - 5.625" / Mid Shaft - 5.00" / Glans - 4.875"

Goals: NBPEL - 8.25" / Mid Shaft EG - 6.00"

Thanks, I appreciate all the positive comments. Due to time and privacy constraints, here is my routine:

Mon - Fri:
Hanging: 2 20 minute sets at 5 pounds (increase 1 lb per week)
Extended: 4 total hours (usually 30 to 45 minute sets)

Mon, Wed, Fri
Clamping: 3 10 minute sets (two clamps)
Kegels: 200 3 to 5 second holds

Sat & Sun
Off/rest due to lack of privacy

What do you guys think of the routine. I’m trying to push but not too hard too fast. I haven’t noticed any decrease in EQ so I’m wondering if I might be able to wear the extender longer and/or do more clamping sets (either more days or go up to 4 sets M-W-F).

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

The routine seems solid, though when I use an extender combined with hanging, it tends to push me over the edge into negative PI’s. Clamping for me isn’t anywhere near as effective as good old Jelqing.
