To heat or not to heat

I’m new to PE, been starting the linear newbie routine a few weeks ago and I do have this one question that’s disturbing my existence.

First thing first, I started my routine by warming up my unit with hot water then doing my jelqs (I started really slow, not even included my stretches yet). Now everybody says that “heat is key”, but to me if I’m doing a warm-up (or better said if I’m not doing one) I feel the same. It’s like I don’t feel any difference regarding plumpness. But what I did notice is that I have a great flaccid during the day, mostly in the afternoon and in the evening without doing anything. I mean unrelated to PE. I have it even if I don’t PE in the morning. And my guess it’s that the plump flaccid is related to my sitting position (I sit for many hours a day). It might sound weird, but I believe that I get a better flaccid because of the natural inner heat/blood flow rather than by heating it up myself with hot water and what not.

So my question is..

Wouldn’t it be better to do my routine when my flaccid is naturally plumped instead of “forcing” it by applying heat?

Whatever you do or when you do it, use constant heat.

When a legend replies! :D
Titleist, I’m curious to know if heat is only supposed to make your gains come faster and not using heat would make you gain slower (but still gain nonetheless). Apart from making injuries less likely.

Heat makes your tissue more pliable and reduces the chance of injury in my opinion. I didn’t start to grow until I started using constant heat.

When she says “to deep” is it really to deep or maybe an angle issue?

It could simply be too deep. Angles and the cervix can be an issue as well.

is it normal for your dick to feel tougher when it shrinks? i mean when i do exercise and my dick shrinks as natural i feel it and notice it feels tougher but i give it a couple shakes and when it returns back to size it feels softer and more pliable

When you get sick do you continue to do PE or do you take a break until the sickness goes away? Does it depend on how sick you are? I know I generally don’t return to the gym until I’m done being sick, but is it the same for PE?

When connective tissue is stretched within therapeutic temperatures ranging 102 to 110 F (38.9- 43.3 C), the amount of structural weakening produced by a given amount of tissue elongation varies inversely with the temperature. This is apparently related to the progressive increase in the viscous flow properties of the collagenous tissue when it is heated. (Warren et al (1971,1976)

It could be both, because most of the times it depends on the angle and the position. For example, with her legs over my shoulders it’s always too deep.

Sometimes it is a partner issue as well.

But once you can slip past the cervix it’s fireworks. :)

Started stretching recently

After one month of light jelqing (to condition my penis) I slowly started to introduce stretching (straight out) to my routine. What I noticed is that right after I do a stretch the penis looks so much fuller and bigger, but in a different way (jelqing makes it plump, stretching makes it “girthier”). And it happens after each stretch. Is it a good sign? My bet is that it is.
Sidenote: I incorporated stretching to my routine, but I’m doing it in the afternoon. Jelq in the morning, stretch in the afternoon.

Can’t see any EG yet, but my flaccid does seem to look bigger than it did before.
I’m trying to follow a combination between Memento’s famous routine (splitting the routine in two, stretching after jelqing - but I’m splitting it mostly because of privacy reasons) and Big Gainer’s (also famous) routine (no rest days, but too bad I cannot include heating for now), all mixed in a linear newbie routine.
Started really slow, at 20-30 wet jelqs in December, progressed to 50 now, adding 10 every 2 weeks, focusing on quality (I think they’re called “perfect jelqs” if I remember correctly). With stretching I started at 30-40 seconds for a total of 5 minutes and will increase the time along with the jelqs, so every 2 weeks.
Watching my PI’s, but everything seems fine! I don’t feel fatigued at all, I’m constantly horny and what I noticed is a better flaccid.

Any thoughts on this?
