Are fowfers OK on off days
Like many here who have lifted weights, I have personally experienced the negative impact of overtraining. It’s only been a week for me in the PE world and it’s definitely becoming an addicting hobby but I want to ensure I don’t fall into the trap of “too much too soon”.
Any thoughts on some very moderate exercises or stretches that are encouraged for off days. I actually got into the habit of doing fowfers in bed for 20 minutes or so even before I new about PE. I just liked the idea of being warm.though my wife freaked out a bit when she reached down as I was dozing off only to find nothing there!
Opinions on this are appreciated.
