Are 150 jelqs per day enough

Have you just now started PE? I only ask because you have been a member since Oct 2004.

150-200 jelqs are fine to start with. You may see results from that, you may not. If you don’t then just gradually increase the number.

And for you guys who said dry jelqs are less safe than wet jelqs, that’s a bunch of crap. I do 800 dry jelqs a day (do not try that if you are new or they will be dangerous. :D ). As with everything in PE however, if you don’t do them properly it is easy to hurt yourself.

There has been a lot of great responses here, but to be honest it all comes down to three things:

1) How long have you been doing PE (as RTG asked)
2) How intense your jelqs are
3) How long does it take you for each jelq (a quick 1 second jelq, a slow 2-3 second jelq, or a very slow but very intense 4-5 second jelq?)

If you have been doing PE since October of last year, then I suggest yes, move up the amount of jelqs. You do not have to move up a certain amount every week or two, move up what your body tells you to.

When I feel that I am not getting a good workout with the amount of jelqs I use, I move up a minute a day (or every two days) until I feel I am at the right place.

Having a set schedule when to move up works for some, but I consider it to be ludacris. What if your body is not ready to move up yet, but your schedule tells you it is time? It is a pathway injuries in my opinion.

Iv just give you an example of what I think works well but by all means listen to the others also.Everyone feel different with days on/off,amount of reps,drys or wets or both e.t.c. I hate stretching for instance but my start one day but I think drys are best for expansion and since I switched for wet to dry my head looks much bigger which I dident think would happen.

Never Start out with horse440’s on your 3rd week PEing. Although it may work for some, in most cases you are asking for an injured dick.

They are intense advanced exercises, and I do not recommend using them until your second month, at least (It all depends on your intensity with other exercises before hand).

I am going to second remek’s opinion here. I let that suggestion slide, but now feel it is prudent to speak up about it. Horses are more advanced exercises and should not be done by those new to PE.

300 wet jelqs take me 30 minutes, and then I have 10 minutes stretching, lets just add a 10 minute variable for warming up and in between times (ie: fluffing up, waiting for erection to subside, stretch spaces) in total my shower takes about 60 minutes so I dont have the time to up it and ive finished my second month. Still good gains, I can’t imagine doing anything above 300 that will add an extra 10 minutes or something.

Guys thats why I wrote the above because it’s different for everyone. I dident say you must do them.

Your are correct. And there’s nothing seriously wrong with your suggesstion. It’s just that Horses are pretty extreme so caution should be given to those who are new to PE. Some guys can start doing them sooner than others, agreed, we were just attaching the disclaimer. ;)

We are not necessarily saying that is wrong. But it is an exercise better performed with experience. Many guys have hurt themselves by doing too much too soon. Luckily, your case is different and your penis seems to already be ‘pre conditioed.’

But others, including myself when I first started, do not have a strong penis, and it can cause unwanted side affects. I tried Uli’s and horse440’s after a month of PE and ED because of it. I was lucky — where others have been very unfortunate.

I started PEing last January, but I was never consistent. I stopped in February, restarted weeks later, stopped again.

Finally, I started PEing about 9 days ago. I’ve been doing about 150 wet jelqs each training day. 3 days on, 1 day off (so, that was 7 training days and 2 rest days). I will start doing more jelqs until I reach about 250 per training day in 2 or 3 weeks.

Although I’m more interested in length gains, I’m not doing stretching (which is better for length gains then girth). I’ve done stretching for about 1 month (in January) without any results (by results I mean at least 2 or 3 mm).

Now, I will try to be consistent. I’ll try to add some stretching to the routine when I can. I don’t have much time though, due to my busy schedule. I’ll see that I can do. At least the jelqs I will continue doing religiously.

I know stretching is better for strength gains. I know jelqing is directed to girth gains, but it is also considered to be an exercise that can give some length gains.

So, by doing 150-250 jelqs about 5 or 6 times per week, can I expect reasonable results concerning the length of my good friend down there? I’m talking about length gains here.

I forgot to say in a previous post that my lack of consistance was due to lack of results.

I mean, when I entered the gym to gain some muscle mass, I started seeing results faster than what I was expecting. That game me a lot of motivation to continue bodybuilding and, today, I am very thankful to the person who told me to start weightlifting.

If I saw some kind of results (length or girth, but length is more “visible”) given by PEing, I would be very motivated, which would lead to further results.

I dident mean to get defensive guys and I’m not a newbie. Only joined thunders in march but have been peing longer.

Jelqing IS NOT directed to girth gains, it’s results depend on variables.

Do a set number, or a set time of jelqs, don’t say 150-250, itll affect results

Jelqing gives great length gains too. Checkm out redwood I think he only jelqed and got good length.
