I started doing 150 jelqs per day about one week ago. I intend to go 3 days ON 1 day OFF.
Obviously, I do warm up and warm down.
Do you think that’s enough to see results in a few months?
Have you just now started PE? I only ask because you have been a member since Oct 2004.
150-200 jelqs are fine to start with. You may see results from that, you may not. If you don’t then just gradually increase the number.
And for you guys who said dry jelqs are less safe than wet jelqs, that’s a bunch of crap. I do 800 dry jelqs a day (do not try that if you are new or they will be dangerous. :D ). As with everything in PE however, if you don’t do them properly it is easy to hurt yourself.
