Approaching 3 Months...What do Next?

I’ll be at 3 months on march 7th. I do the newbie routine settled at 10 min of stretching, 15 minutes of jelqing, 2 minutes of Bathmate to get global expansion. I take warm-up and cool-down seriously. I’ve noticed that my ‘conditioning’ has increased dramatically. In the beginning 5 min stretching and 5 min jelqing seemed like too much. Now I have generally intense and happy sessions of those durations on a schedule of1 on 1 off. I definitely have gained, and will be updating my progress thread with specs on march 7th.

I was hoping for some recommendations on what to do next. I have heard that thicker guys should focus on length because ‘a thin rubber band is easier to stretch than a thick one’. I am above 5.5” MEG, does that fall into the ‘thick rubber band’ category?

I want to get to to 7.5” BPEL in the most efficient manner. I have the feeling I’m going to gain girth no matter what I do (and thats good!) Should I continue my simple routine? Should I focus more on length? How do I even do that? Can someone point me to some relevant threads?

How much gain have you seen since your start from three months?

You have to measure to track gains so you will know what is working. You should actually measure and stick with your routine for a month more to see if you make more gains. Why would you stop something that’s still working?

I’m tracking pretty well. Do you mean track week to week? I dont think I can realize gains that fast, not with what I’ve experienced…

100% I’m gunna stick with this routine for the next month. Heck, maybe even for the next 4 months.

I’m worried that my jelq heavy routine will make my penis too thick too fast and make my 7.5” goal more difficult… than it needs to be. Or maybe i don’t understand what I’m talking about..

It is nothing to worry about. If you don’t want to gain girth why are you using a bath mate? You should be worried about that more than jelqs.

I’m not really using the bathmate to cause any kind of growth stimulus. I’m messing around with the idea that the bathmate can create a “global flood” of fresh blood into the penis after it has been stretched and jelqed. I use it on really moderate pressure (like what I would call normal erection + 5%) and for only 2 minutes after jelqs , a ‘boner+’ if you will. I do some firegoat rolls with the freshly filled penis and it seem nice.

I’m not sure then. I guess maybe it would help if we knew what kind of gains you’ve made in your 3 months to make recommendations. But i am going for length first so I keep my jelqing the same and only increase my stretches. But don’t worry about residual girth gains some of us don’t get them. I haven’t gotten any yet although I actually do want some.
