I have problems with simple ADS b/c my foreskin continues to slip when I wrap the theraband around the belt. Anybody out there who is uncut that has good advice about constructing an ADS that minimizes this problem?
I always just used a compression wrap: a 1” stretchy gauze bandage. Worked well for me!
