Any Tips On My Routine?

Hi guys, it’s my first post here so I apologize in advance in case I’m doing something wrong. Have been reading the forum for quite some time and have been on PE for about 4 months.

My current goal is to get to 20cm (8") BPEL X 15cm (6") MSEG.

My current routine consists in
8+ hours ADS with a wench;
20 minutes wet jelq;
30 minutes pumping;

I normally do the ADS with a 500 grams (little over 1lb) lead fishing sinker. When that’s not possible due to the bulge I use a leg strap attached above the knee with maximum stretch.

I’m 23yo, 5’7" Brazilian with Portuguese and Arab/Calon roma descent.

Haven’t had any injuries so far.

My stats are as follows:
Starting 08/11/23:
BPEL - 16 cm (6.25")
BPFL - 11 cm (4.3")
EG - 13 cm (5.11")
Last measured 10/01/24:
BPEL - 17 cm (6.7")
BPFL - 14,5 cm (5.7")
EG - 13,5 cm (5.3")

Don’t really know if these are considered average or fast/slow gains. If anyone more experienced could give me some feedbacks, they’d be much appreciated.

My main focus now is aiming for length and letting girth come more as a consequence of all the exercise. Not that I am satisfied with my girth so far, but it might get much more difficult to gain in length once my unit is fatter. I’m considering starting hanging next month, about 8lbs for starters and adding about half a pound weekly until I reach 10lbs.

My suggestion would be to keep doing what you do until it works. Once you stop gaining, thats when you should think about changing your routine.

If you do decide to hang, i recommend you go slower with the weights. Most people start with about 2-3 pounds.

go slow on the weights, like very slow. You do have fast gains.

don’t be too hard on yourself if you go through a period and don’t grow too much because you grew a lot at first, don’t let that discourage you. Trust the process and whatever goal you have in time frame, double it and then you will truly never get injured


Stop setting goals, set objectives without limitations.

5.5 NBPEL Start~~ 5.7 NBPEL- 2011 ~~ 5.75 NBPEL/ 4.25 EG 2012 (Stop 11 years- Started again 4/2023 same stats as 2012)

6.2 NBPEL / 6.7 BPEL / 4.5 EG (5 EG w/ C-Ring) / Grower 4 FL - 12/2023 ~~ (Objective 6.75 NBPEL / 7.25 BPEL / 5.5 EG & Solid EQ)

Thanks, pantera! I do understand what you say about sticking to the routine and I agree. My point in adding hanging to the routine is to balance the amount of growth I get and focus a bit more on length. I guess with the amount of pumping I’ve been doing, any extra girth I get will end up making it harder to gain in length.
You’re right about the amount of weight. I might scale it down a bit.

Thanks for the advice. I’ll test the weight bit by bit until I find the sweet spot.
And yeah, I’ll try not to push myself too hard (difficult at times) but I definitely am very careful not to hurt my friend, it’s a bit hard to find one spare in case the original gets broken 😅

If it ain’t broke don’t fix it!

One of the biggest rules of PE, if it’s working and you’re having positive results with no EQ issues, don’t change it up. Good work! Keep doing what you’re doing!

Started testing with light weights (4 to 5lbs). It gives me a good stretch and some light fatigue at the end of the session. I’ll be doing the monthly measurements by the end of the week so I can compare the gains before and after hanging

You need to twist the penis 180 degrees

Primary; Pull forward as far as possible with the hand twist

Advanced; The penis is covered in silicone and the silicone is connected to a rope

And the rope is tied to a stick stuck above the legs and stretched

Left twist once

Right twist once a total of two times

Can not do more than two groups the practice process must be painless and easy the penis fatigue will end

Left or right stretch You can hold a hand and stretch the penis forward, add a finger in the middle of the penis

And you twist right and pull right and twist left and pull left, and I do this twice every time I go to sleep

Measurements taken before I started my hanging routine:

06/03/24:

BPEL - 17,2cm

BPFL - 14,5 cm

EG - 13,5 cm

I’m doing 3x20 min sets 5 days on 2 off. At the end of the session there is some nice fatigue. EQ never been better.

I’ll measure again once I hit the 1 month mark.

I saw that your workout plan isn’t perfect
Add to your exercise routine

Sometimes it takes a brave attempt for dick to go from strength to strength

Your exercise plan is still not perfect
You continue to exercise like this will progress very slowly do not believe you can continue to try
A few years later come back to see if my answer is correct
