Any of you guys done JP90 program?

Any of you guys done JP90 program?

I’m sure you’ve heard of it, this could be a newbie question. I did the newbie routine here for about three months and didn’t see any gains, took some time off and tried the JP90 program. Defiantly a lot different from the newbie routine and it took a lot more time (over an hour).

Anybody used it and seen gains?

Never heard of it, but than again I am not well read in the far flung realm of PE. In my day you did not wade into a so-called ‘newbie’ pool, you just jumped into the deep end and found a paddle.

It’s a routine from PEGym. Haven’t tried it, but it is that sites go to for beginners.

I think the routine has been posted since 2005ish. It’s a pretty hefty program for beginners

I agree it is, but that is what they tell their new members to do first. I basically go there for their “The Gym” and “A Woman’s Perspective” sections, I have a hard time following their logic on exercises some times.

the founder of PEgym is remek, he had been a member of Thunders for years before PEgym is found. Sorry but I have to say they’re more concerned with making money, but still better than MOS and DLD, lol

I used it when starting PE at the PEgym .

And used it for more than 90 days .

That’s how I got most of my increases .

Still do parts of the routine now .

How long did it take you to do each day? Tried it once and it took forever.

J90 program.. Haven’t heard of it. Please tell us more, what does it involve?

It consists of a hot rice sock to start with .
Some helicopter shakes , rotary stretches , total of 150 wet jelqs , 90 v-jelqs , and a warm down .
