Another newbie starting.
Just introducing myself, seems like a really nice community here.
I’m quite new to this but have been reading all I can and started the PE exercises three days ago.
Here’s my starting stats:
BPEL: 6.2”
EG: 5.3”
Goal for this year perhaps:
BPEL: 7”
EG: 6”
Going with the Newbie routine with a bit more manual stretches and jelqs. I think I’ll try to do 3 days on 1 day off and change it if it’s not good.
Starting slowly and not waiting for miracles, but nice to see what happens. I’m a big guy 6’5 and started bodybuilding about an year ago. Age 29. Bad habits include smoking cigars maybe 3-5 times a week and watching too much porn. No erection problems though, sometimes get it up even too easily. Makes jelqing a bit hard sometimes.
