My routine:

5 mins hot sock wrap
25 mins downward stretch light tug
5 mins hot sock wrap

After 10 weeks of consistent PE (3-5 times a week), I haven’t experienced any growth. Physical indicators are great - full, strong erections…. Unsure if I should pull harder on the Johnson? Or just wait it out?

If I add more session time, PI’s fade. When I go 3 on/1 off, PI’s fade.

I feel like I’m in the PE sweet spot……so why isn’t my dick growing?

You simply are looking for gains too soon. Stay the course. Are you jelqing?

No jelqs. Several months ago, I jelqed consistently but injured myself. I don’t really understand how to do it properly, so I’m avoiding to prevent reinjury.

I’m a newbie myself so i’m not a book of knowledge but i would definitely say try stretching in different angles 5 minutes left then right, up, down straight out, maybe not in that order, split the 25 minutes over those directions. Also try edging and kegals great supplement to any routine.


Current BPEL - 6.1 Inches

Goal BPEL - 7 1/2 inches

Girth is of no issue at the moment, one goal at a time!

I suggest adding a few different stretch angles in as well. Take some of that time and add it to a straight out stretch and maybe a few straight out to the right and left.

And like Titleist said give it more time. Gains can be weird sometimes as well, you can gain nothing in 10 weeks, and by week 13, you’ll have gained a quarter inch. Just stay consistent.

Jelqing is important learn how to do it properly. If you injured yourself you were doing it too hard, duuh. Without the jelqing its much more difficult for your penis to repair the tissue then if you’re forcing blood in behind it after the controlled damage has been done. Also try a medium stretch not a light one. You should feel some tension.

Added 5 minutes light jelq at the end of session and stretching with alittle more force.

Fornixator - yes, I joined in 2004. Haven’t started seriously until now….

I think it would be more beneficial of instead using minutes while jelqing, is to count the reps. I would maybe start with 200 3sec reps

Hey bud.. I’ve been doing PE since Jan 2016, consistently. I tried a newbie routine that didn’t work, took some time off, tried a stronger routine based off of the newbie, that didn’t work. I’ve stretched, pulled, heated up, pumped, jelqed, cockringed, everything! Absolutely no gains. I hope that this isn’t the case for you, but this forum doesn’t seem to really acknowledge that some people simply can’t gain from manual PE. Then they wonder why people resort to surgery. Good luck dude


Started at 01/16 - 6.75" BPEL x 5" MEG

Currently - 6.75" BPEL x 5" MEG (yes, no gains yet)

Goal is - 8" BPEL x 6" MEG

I begun PE in january 2018, got 5mm gains in BPEL.
My advice :
It’s not just about your PE sessions, but what you do before and after it too.
For example : heating isn’t enough in my opinion, I try throughout the day to keep my unit the most relaxed/extended possible, by stretching it everytime it starts to turtle/retract.

Also, jelqing is a must-have (or a must-do in this case) , it will help you recover faster from each stretch session, just learn to do it, go slow, put a lot of lubricant, watch videos about it, study.

Don’t focus on the numbers of your routine, focus on the feelings you get.
For example , when I stretch, I don’t start counting until I feel that my whole unit is being stretched, you got to feel tension in it.

Finally, try some differents exercices, like V-stretches and other ‘fancy’ stretches, search for the “stretching” feeling each time you PE.

Sorry to hear you’re not gaining. Have you tried any other devices yet? What was your pumping routine and how long til you gave it up? Were you really consistently training for 2 years and got nothing? Tried hanging? Extenders? Clamping?

Hey bro. Sorry to hear!!!

I hope I can gain but it’s possible some guys never do. That’s the reality of it all.

My positive indicators have declined (loss of boners) so reverting back to 25 minute light stretch. Maybe continue jelq.

Frustrating but whatever. I’ll continue and try a pump. If after a year I don’t gain I’ll reassess. I’m impotent otherwise and manual stretching restores erectile function so even if I never gain ill likely continue stretching just so I can get it up.
