Frustrating but whatever. I’ll continue and try a pump. If after a year I don’t gain I’ll reassess. I’m impotent otherwise and manual stretching restores erectile function so even if I never gain ill likely continue stretching just so I can get it up.

All the succesful documentations I’ve seen.. Incorporate kegels and reverse kegels. Doing stretches without kegels is like trying to break down muscle and build up muscle without pumping any blood in.. It just doesn’t work.

Man, maybe you are just like me, has not chances to have ligament gains, probably you are stretching on a 0º or 90º angles, pulling direct from the body, that’s just not quite gonna work for you, believe me I stayed almost a year in PE doing it, no results, the only gains I had was probably from jelqing.
If you want length gains through manual workout, you should do A or V stretches, because that way will work the tunica of your penis, as you have no ligament gains.
You shouldn’t over do it, put a timer to 10 minutes for 2 weeks, if you can handle the exercise then add another 5 minutes until month 1, then on the 2 month and on you should have a maximum of 20 minutes of this manual stretch. You should do it alongside jelq.

There are simply guys that has no ligament gains, we are one of these.

After 10 weeks of consistent PE (3-5 times a week), I haven’t experienced any growth. Physical indicators are great - full, strong erections…. Unsure if I should pull harder on the Johnson? Or just wait it out?

I just think you are doing too little. I see the absence of Jelqs in your routine. Have you read the Newbies routine? That is the starting. Work it out for 3 months, no less. Expect to see some results after 6 months of consistent workout.

Stretch in all cardinal directions. Meaning: stretch north, north-east, north-west and so on. Do jelqs then. Don’t forget to do PC Kegels exercise.

P.S. I was in your shoes a year ago. Asking here and there, sending private messages, why was I not getting the gains I was working for. I was told by Titleist that time and consistency is 50% of the journey.

My advice :
It’s not just about your PE sessions, but what you do before and after it too.
For example : heating isn’t enough in my opinion, I try throughout the day to keep my unit the most relaxed/extended possible, by stretching it everytime it starts to turtle/retract.

Also, jelqing is a must-have (or a must-do in this case) , it will help you recover faster from each stretch session, just learn to do it, go slow, put a lot of lubricant, watch videos about it, study.

Don’t focus on the numbers of your routine, focus on the feelings you get.
For example , when I stretch, I don’t start counting until I feel that my whole unit is being stretched, you got to feel tension in it.

Finally, try some differents exercices, like V-stretches and other ‘fancy’ stretches, search for the “stretching” feeling each time you PE.

I did about 4-5 months of nightly pumping with the bathmate. 3 , 5 minute pumps. No permanent results at all. I’m currently using a ADS that I wear daily from about noon-8pm. I’ve never tried hanging or clamping mostly because I didn’t want to buy anymore devices due to the failure of the devices I’ve already been using. I’ve been doing my routine since about January (I actually think I started it right before the new year ) and no gains. It’s been so frustrating that I’ve been talking to people who have had procedures done in Tijuana to sus out whether that route is an option at all. Also a lot of the “before/after” pictures I’ve seen on here of people claiming that they’ve gained seems to be that they’re just taking a picture of a semi erection as a before shot, then a full erection as an after. If some of these people have truly gained over an inch then kudos! But I don’t know how.
