I was just wondering if it would be beneficial to do stretching exercises one day. And then the next day jelqing and kegel exercises. Would I get the same results from doing one exercise every day instead of all in each day, seeing that that day I really do a good amount of the exercise? Thanks

It is always better to do it all on one day. If you are familiar with bodybuilding, you could compare it to super setting.
