All Day Stretching

I was just wondering what any ones all day stretch technique is. What works for you as experience is the only way to figure this out.

I have just started ADS so I have only 2 days experience.

Have you seen the video “All Day Stretch Video” or “lil1’s simple ADS Tutorial” yet. If not, go to the Advanced Search bar, enter the above, and then click “Title only” and view it. It is very good and shows how to make one. I made mine from this video.

By the way, you can use an old shirt, boxers, etc. for the “cotton strips.” It is easy and cheap!
