I’m trying to maximise growth fast, by achieving semi-erect Arousal all day. Advice please

You have the right idea, because I think that constant arousal would make for good growth.
However, I have never intentionally induced all-day arousal. It has only happened on its own. If I could wake up one day and concentrate on staying aroused, then I probably could pull it off, but I have a job, so I spend my days focusing on things that only kill arousal. :D

Seems difficult to achieve and I PE with Viagra and Cialis. I still don’t maintain ALL day. Best of luck with your idea.

Be careful doing that depending on your routine it could hide an injury.
