After the workout, how my penis supposed to feel?

I mean, there some days that after workout it feels like its about to explode, he looks bigger, longer and stronger, and there is so much blood on it, its awesome !

But there some days that, after workout, it feels like he is tired, I mean, don’t have a strong erection, and the erections don’t come so easy, and I always do the same exercises with the same amount of time and force.

I don’t know why this happens .

I just being realistic, its almost impossible to gain 1.5 inches, its too much, the majority of the guys in here grow like 0.8 inches at maximum, but for me 0.8 its enough

You are overtrained.

Take restdays more often.. sometimes 2 days in a row, 3 days or if you just need 1 off day. It depends on your session. Don’t force yourself to a session PE.. learn to feel yourself what you need and when it’s time to do the next workout session efter the previous one..
