Hi, I get gains only once in few moths and then it is by 0,1-0,2 inch. I gained 0,3 inch in 6 months, but I made breaks cause my EQ is getting low, so I do PE once or twice a week.. I don’t know why is this? Do you have any explanation? Also I read about less is more type of gainers.I believe I am that type.cause I’m having problems with EQ all the time.Any opinions? And do you wank after jelq? Cause I do it every time and then I do kegels after wanking.. Is this wrong? Thank you!

And one more question. Can I do warm up and warming after PE with heat fan?

I do usually. But most says is not convenient

I dont use heat fan but a socket full of rice , warmed up in microwave oven for 30 seconds. It last a lot and is quick.
About rest, dunno the answers cos I’m newbie too :)

Well, 0,3” gains in 6 months is a good rate. If you are a less is more, do less. :) Tried the linear routine? Also lighten up the grip on jelqs and don’t pull full force when stretchig - these are often the foremost culprits for low EQ.

I do apply a lot of force when I jelq and I use a lot of force when I do stretching :) Linear? To increase every time just a little more?

Thank you! Should I then, for example, do 100 jelqs now, but with less force used in grip? Cause I did that number of reps on my last 5 or more exercises. And should I do kegels after stretching and jelqs?
