What differrence should be between BPEL and length measure in ADS ( not extenders, but wrapers) for an efficient workout? Length in ADS < BPEL with 0.50” is too loose? Thanks in advance

I don’t think anyone can tell you that for certain.

I do believe, most will agree that it’s most important to use a tension that allows you to wear the ADS for as many hours as possible.

There’s no point in using a higher tension when you cannot wear the ADS without taking many breaks, and maybe even having to take whole days off for recovery.
