Dreamscheme,
Thats what were hearing. We’ve seperated “weights”, “ADS”, and “Stretchers”. A “Stretcher” would be in between “weights” and “ADS” as far as tension goes.
Current thought among the vets is 1-4hrs of “hanging” or “Stretcher” followed by several hours of very lightweight “ADS”. “ADS” tension would be greater than 1LB and less than 3LB of prolonged tension via bungee, string, spring. The “Hanging” or “Stretcher” load would be between 5-15LB.
Some shock the system with a high load for a very short time ( 20LB ) for example for 10 minutes, and follow with a lighter load.
Many of us are having gains without such heavy weights, and most are agreeing following with a very light tension ADS or cockring which allows bloodflow is a very good idea. That if any “healing” is to take place that the unit is somewhat extended - but not under great tension.
