ADS - BTC Routines
Just joined and wanted to ask what your routines are on your ADS? How long, what positions, etc.. I just got in my theraband a couple of days ago and have went to stretching. I was having the problem with purple, numb cold head when I leave it on for more than 20-30 mins. So I went and watched the wrapping video and wrapped a little higher up closer to the base and it feels alot more comfortable. As of right now I’m trying as long as I can BTC, on the left leg, then right. I haven’t quite figured out an over the shoulder exercise. I guess I can tie the belt down right below the pecs?? It’s kinda hard because it shows through the shirt so easy. Any suggestions?
