Add vac

Why or why not to add a vac pump or bathmate to my extender routine. Am I missing something by not adding these items?

Try to stick to one thread when asking these types of questions. You asked the same question in another thread. Be patient and the extender guys will get back to you. I added some insight to the other three but it is not from experience. It is just common sense.
