About kegels.

I’m pretty sure that I’ve located where my BC muscle is now.but I’m a little confused as to how to do the actual exercise

Do you have to be erect when you perform a kegel ? And when you squeeze the muscle how should it feel ? Because I feel like I’m just grabbing skin

Go take a piss. Midway through pissing, stop the flow. That is a kegel. Now do them without pissing. Do 100 to 200 every other day and include some long holds and some quick flexes. Hard or soft, doesn’t matter.

Ok, but when you’ve trained your bc/pc muscle, how are you supposed to use it during sex to delay ejaculation? I’ve read many different stories about it.

Keep it relaxed during sex, from what I know when it is strengthened you can kind of just control your ejaculation more because the muscle is stronger. Also you can completely clamp off ejaculation therefore eliminating the refractory period allowing you to keep having sex. However this is very tough to do during sex.

Ok, Some say you’ve got to relax (reverse kegel) the muscle, other say you must squeeze your pc muscle before the point of no return etc…maybe a combination of these two?
