Hello, I am Blind. I’ve been registered on this site for about a year and a half now, but didn’t start to really browse the forums and PE until recently. This stuff WORKS indeed! In 3 weeks of doing the newbie routine I have gained a third of an inch! My goal is to gain an inch more in length and 0.75 in girth.

Anyways, I was wondering how long does the ‘cementing’ process take? If I completely stopped PE after reaching my goals - would the gains fade away? Do you have to occasionally PE(once a week per say) to keep you gains or can you stop completely?

Any personal experience on this matter is very welcome!

Common wisdom says you do a cementing routine a few months after you reach your goal, but some people report that unless they keep up a light routine they loose a little. I don’t recall offhand that many accounts of loosing all of the gains even if you stop totally?

Most times if you suddenly stop PEing gains will fade away. Cementing is basically a shorter, less intense form of your current routine. doing it 2-3 times a week should be sufficient.

Do not stop completely.

Maintain a maintenance program, two days per week.

When you decide it is time to grow again step it up to three days per week.

It is good to have a rest day between sessions.

Cementing is a precautionary process. If you were to gain, say, and inch in both dimensions then stopped PE altogether, one would expect some regression. However you may get lucky and keep everything without effort.

I cement my gains on a daily basis, not through fear of loss but just as an insurance. The 2 times I’ve dropped all PE had no effect on my gains, however I enjoy my routine and cementing is simply a lightened version of that.

Hypothetically, if you were handed 1x1” gains on a plate with the caviat that you perform a cementing routine afew times a week, would you pass it up? Thought not. The theory is that you can gradually decrease your cementing time to nil over an extended period of time - me I like it too much to stop. :)

So far I understand that basically you HAVE to cement for a 1-2 months after the goal is reached. But after that maintenance you can stop it entirely, right? Since drilla9 has stopped it and it didn’t affect him! I wonder if that’s the case for everybody..
By the way drilla9: Very good girth gains! How come no added length?I guess having a penis longer than that would be uncomfortable for the woman! =]

I would stay on a maintenance program forever. Do to age we shrink by natural course. PE would prevent this natural shrinking. And if you were to some how get ED or andro pause which can cause ED, PE would stave off the inevitable tide.

All penises are different and as such will react differently to PE, so there are no hard and fast rules for cementing - yet. By the way, I only stopped for a few weeks at a time as I enjoy my workouts too much, so I’m not proof that cementing works outright.

You seem eager to know when to stop PE before you’ve even achieved your goals? Only address the cementing issue once you've got where you want to be for starters.
