I know that the Newbie Routine suggests a 2 on, 1 off training schedule, but do you think there is any harm in a 1 on, 1 off schedule? Slower gains?
Just had my second training session yesterday. Significantly better than the first. Better erection control, even though I had to stop a couple times during stretching and jelquing to let my penis “calm down”. HA! No morning wood this morning, but I think that has more to do with only 4.5 hours of restless sleep than any training faults. :-\
