A newbie's limp hang gives thanks
First of all, this is my first post so hello and a pre-thanks for the welcoming as it seems this board is very good at doing. I am very new to PE and I have just started this last week during Thanksgiving. I am somewhat happy with my current stats but could always improve, and I need some girth. The main reason for starting is due to a very tiny limp hang.I don’t like it ;)
Happy to report that after only 3 days of a very relaxed newbie routine, I already see a very noticable difference in the limp hang. AWESOME! Thank you for this forum.
